May 25, 2007 – 10 lbs. of Nutlettes soy cereal from Dixie Diner (100% soy flour). It’s my low-carb, high-protein sub for Grape Nuts. No added sugar, and both Atkins- and NutriSystem-friendly.
This was before I found out how unhealthy soy is and before I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (thanks soy!).
